Well, I didn't end up going to the beach today after all. I was very tired and had a headache, so my sister stayed in to entertain me. We went to a nearby town, and bought 3 dvds to watch: Pride and Prejudice, Sister Act and Calendar Girls . Then we went to Golden Harvest and bought lots and lots of sweets to pig out on- flying saucers, apple chips, smarties, skittles, and much more. Unfortunately when we got home we realised that the guy at the dvd shop had given us the wrong cd inside Calendar Girls , so we ended up watching Sister Act first and then Pride and Prejudice. We were about 3/4s of the way through when my mum and brother arrived. I must say, it was nice to spend a day in with my sister, pigging out on the sofa and watching dvds. Last night, I watched the first in the new season of Britain's Next Top Model , one of my favourite programs. It was great, as usual. I'll look forward to watching the next hour next Monday. It's been a while since I've blogged, this time for another reason. There was something wrong with my monitor and since my dad has been in Australia for a while, there was nothing I could do. But now he's back and he's changed the monitor, which is good. Anyway, the good news is that my new website, Tutti Frutti, is open. Click Here to see it(It will open up in a new window). I'm quite happy with it and I've been getting nice comments on my tag-board which is a relief to me, because I hate it when I make a site which nobody visits. Unfortunately I have a problem. I'm really eager to get Tutti Frutti up and running and all, but at the same time I know that I have TONS of work to do there, and so it's going to be really difficult to finish it all. The obvious choice would be to start work, but I'm not sure I feel like it. The reason for my not being her over the past few days was because my blog was suspected for spam and so was locked, and I couldnt post =( At least now they have reviewed it and let me post again, phew. Anyway, I have finally finished the splash page for my new site, tutti-frutti, but my short-url address is still being made and so I haven't given anyone the url yet. I'm so excited! Anyway, yesterday me, and a whole load of good family friends went to the beach. We had a great time. Then my friend Becky, who was there, and her brother Kurt, both slept over at my house(my brother is a good friend of Kurt's). In the night me and Becky kept creeping in to my brother's room, which was really funny. Anyway, today we spent a day in the house, lazing around, playing hide and seek with Kurt and my brother, watching tv and chatting online. Today was a really great day. First I woke up in the morning, at about 9:30, and lazed around until lunch. Not having much to do is fantastic so far. Anyway, me, my sister and my mum set off to a nice sandy beach to meet my cousin and aunt. My Cousin, Lucia, my sister, Petra, and I, jumped into the sea right away. It was really nice. We swam for a while and then Lucia and I paid 1.50 and spent an hour on these fun floating trampolines, and also a floating iceberg which you have to try to climb. Afterwards we dried off, and played a bit of cards with Petra. I had an ice cream, jumped back into the sea for a while, and then we were off. Once I got home I had a nice shower, washed my hair, and got into a nice outfit. We're all going out to eat, to celebrate Petra being back (she's been abroad for a year as part of her university course), Lucia's birthday and also the end of Joanna (my aunt) finishing her exams(she did another course in nursing).
